Fall Foliage

Harvest Thyme As Autumn approaches, we begin to gear up for the festive season. Mr Scarecrow comes out to the porch to welcome guests and watch over all the many upcoming changes.

The fall foliage season is our busiest time, and October is always our busiest month. The Autumn colors are beautiful, making leisurely drives up through the Ouachita National Forest a popular outing. The mountain overlooks offer some spectacular views.

Rhonda is infamous for her Halloween decor. Little monsters, ghosts and goblins are hidden throughout the inn and around the property. And she always tries to have at least one new surprise every year so our returning guests won't find her getting stale.

The foliage colors usually last into the begining of November. Then it's time to get ready for Thanksgiving, and then, Christmas is just around the corner.
