The dinner combinations are suggestions. You may select one entree and any two side dishes.

Chicken Dinner
- Chicken Marbella (white wine, olive, oregano, garlic)
- Fruited Rice Pilaf
- Chardonnay/Honey Carrots
Fish Dinner
- Maple/Orange Baked Salmon
- Fruited Rice Pilaf
- Lemon Steamed Broccoli
Pork Dinner
- Pork Tenderloin with garlic/coriander crust
- Caramelized Onion Potatoes
- Chardonnay/Honey Carrots
Choose 1 dessert per person from:
- Carrot Cake
- Chocolate Mousse
- Peach Cobbler
We furnish water, iced tea and coffee. You may bring other beverages, if desired. We will be happy to open and serve your beverage of choice with your dinner service.
