  • Good taste, hospitality and perfection have found a place at Mountain Thyme. It is beautiful, a wonderful restful experience. M.M.

  • Our stay here has been wonderful! The meals were much more than we expected and your personal touch to the rooms were a treasure. My husband would wake up every morning and say, "I want this bed". You have a totally remarkable place here and will succeed in all you attempt. 5/25/98 C. & T.M.

  • Thanks for a lovely bit of heaven on earth! We enjoyed our privacy and, yet, felt right at home! How do you do that? 7/5/99 D. & N.K.

  • The ultimate in comfort, view, and relaxation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Dogwood Room. It's unfortunate for other B&Bs that they&ll not quite measure up. We look forward to observing the evolution of Mountain Thyme in the years to come and returning many times to stay in our rooms in our home in the mountains. 7/31/98 M. & V.R.

  • Beyond the obvious luxury of the room (the 300-thread count Egyptian sheets for instance, which caused us to sleep like mummies :-) we found this beautiful home and area to be much more than we expected, especially the warm hospitality offered by Rhonda, Mike and Polly. This wonderful place and their wonderful friendship has made for a perfect weekend. 4/12/98 J.&G.S.

  • We had a wonderful time! It was more like a family retreat, away from all the usual influences. I can&t think of a word that describes your services to your guests, but let me just say that we felt cared for in a very kind and quiet way. We&d love to come back! 6/10/98 J.& J.S.

  • I am usually an early riser, but the peacefulness and comfort of this bed would not release me from it&s grip. Being a contractor, I recognize the specific points of craftsmanship in the quality construction of your B&B. What a value: quiet, peaceful, beautiful accommodations at a very reasonable cost. Your hospitality and the really enjoyable food round off the list which, we believe, will cause Mountain Thyme to become one of the more desirable B&Bs to seek out and reserve. 7/10/98 B.& S.C.

  • Ok, well I think it is just one word: Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! You guys have done a super job with this house. It's just PERFECT. I will recommend it to everyone I know. I can't think of a single detail I would have done differently. M.O.

  • I will not go. I will not leave. You cannot make me. I've decided this is where I shall stay. Call who you must but I won't go willingly. Though my husband has purchased EVERY bar of soap and even a cookbook from the B&B, it just won't be the same if I can't stay here. Who's going to make such good breakfasts for me at home? My home is not as beautifully decorated and no one leaves me cookies for a bedtime snack. There's no Polly or Rhonda at my house either, with such lovely, gracious hospitality, why would I leave? No, I think I'll just have to stay! 8/20/98 K.Z.

Rhonda, The field trip at 4:00 AM was a lot of fun and brought out the kids in all of us. Thanks for a great stay in a wonderful setting. You make everyone feel as if it's their own home and that's very satisfying when you're out on the road. We are going to miss Polly's cooking terribly when we return to our pre-fab life. Stay as you are and God Bless You. 11/16/98 G.& M.L.

  • Perfect, as always! I've never felt more at home and always find it hard to go. The house is spectacular. The details are to the finest perfection. But, your warmth & friendship make it my home away from home. 12/20/98 T.S. (3rd visit)
